Construction power rental.
Battery and hybrid power systems built for active construction sites across the UAE. Cut your diesel bill 60–90%, score better on green tenders, and handle peak loads from tower cranes without oversizing your generator.

Why contractors switch
The four reasons UAE contractors are moving from pure diesel rentals to hybrid BESS — every one of them shows up on the P&L.
Lower Fuel Costs
Diesel is your biggest variable. Hybrid cuts it 60–90%. On a 6-month build, that's typically AED 80–150K in your pocket.
Win Green Tenders
Sustainability scoring is now standard on DEWA, RTA, and major private projects. Hybrid wins points pure diesel can't.
Peak Load Handling
Tower cranes, pile drivers, concrete pumps. Battery absorbs surges so you can rent a smaller, cheaper, more efficient generator.
Less Service Downtime
Generators in hybrid setups run less, fail less, need service every 2 months instead of every 1–2 weeks.
Quieter Site
Lower noise impact in mixed-use zones. Easier to get permits for night work. Fewer complaints from neighbors.
Fuel Theft Cut
Less diesel onsite means less to steal. One refuel per fortnight instead of weekly.
Site applications
Where BESS earns its rental rate on every UAE construction site.
Tower crane operations
A tower crane lift draws huge peak power for seconds, then near-zero load between lifts. Pure diesel sites oversize their generator by 50–75% just to handle these peaks — running it inefficiently the rest of the time. With a battery in the loop, the generator runs at its sweet spot and the battery handles the surges. Net result: rent a 100 kW genset where you previously needed 250 kW.
Site offices & accommodation
Site offices, container accommodations, and welfare facilities have small but constant load — perfect battery territory. A 25 kWh portable unit covers a site office for an entire night, recharged from grid or the main generator during the day.
Indoor fit-out work
Mall renovations, warehouse fit-outs, hotel refurbishments. No diesel allowed indoors, grid power not yet connected. Mid-size BESS is often the only legal option.
Multi-month builds
The longer the project, the bigger the savings. Fuel costs accumulate; rental rate stays flat. Break-even is usually 6–8 weeks; everything after that is profit.

Questions
The questions buyers ask us most often. If yours isn't here, message us — we answer the phone.
Three reasons: cost (60–90% fuel savings versus pure diesel), tender scoring (green-building criteria award points for low-emission power), and reliability (battery handles peak loads better than oversized generators).
Yes, this is one of its best applications. Battery handles the lifting peaks while a smaller generator handles base load. A real case: a 500 kW battery paired with a 100 kW generator powered an 8-ton tower crane — the generator's runtime dropped from 24 hours to 2.5 hours per day.
DEWA, RTA, Etihad Rail, and many private megaprojects increasingly score 'sustainability of construction methods' as a tender criterion. Using hybrid BESS instead of pure diesel improves your score on emissions, noise, and fuel efficiency — sometimes the difference between winning and losing the bid.
All our trailer and container units are rated for UAE outdoor use — IP54 or better, with active cooling rated to 50°C+ ambient. We monitor remotely for any thermal stress.
Yes — long-term contracts (3, 6, 12 months) are our most common arrangement for construction. Long-term rates are significantly lower than monthly. Some contracts include rent-to-own conversion at the end.
